Apostles Group Experience

The Individual Growth Plan (IGP) at the heart of our approach is the Individual Growth Plan (IGP), which encompasses several key pathways: •Self-Determination (Step 1 - Self-Efficacy): Empowering the youth client to be an active participant in decision-making and active participation in treatment planning. •Sober Transitional Housing: Providing safe, supportive housing focused on recovery and life skills management. Coordinated with trauma therapy and social opportunities for real-time life skills development. •Supportive Education Platform: Enabling accelerated completion of a high school diploma or GED. We also offer services such as Op-Clean Slate tattoo removal. •Zach’s Facts: A six-month commitment to the Community Youth Apostles (Workforce Solutions) guarantees access to employment opportunities. •Transition – Justice Impacted to Justice Inspired: Fostering service, leadership, and a spirit of giving back to the community.

Compassion-Focused Service: A Holistic Framework Emphasizing Autonomy, Family, and Personal Growth Our service approach is designed to guide justice-impacted youth along their journey of recovery, autonomy, and reintegration with family and community. By drawing on compassion-focused principles, we center our approach on client empowerment, structured family and community connections, skill building, and ongoing support, while strictly respecting all the legal rights of self-determination afforded to the client within the State of Texas.

“Live the life you preach  Role-model the lessons you teach.”
                            The Apostles

Our Guiding Principles: •Patient Autonomy: The IGP is built upon the client’s right to participate in their own healing and treatment choices, fostering self-efficacy and empowerment throughout the recovery process. •Family & Community Re-integration: Through coordinated aftercare, active family involvement, and round-the-clock access to recovery supportive resources, each client has the opportunity for a positive transition to the recovery community network. •Skill Building: Our model emphasizes reaching educational milestones, such as obtaining a high school diploma or GED, successful completion of a Trade School, Secondary Education Enrollment, cultivating life skills, coping strategies, and workforce readiness for a successful life beyond the Juvenile Justice System.
