2022 Maui, HI   The 12 Coconuts Meeting

         3 : Guiding Principles

1.  Personal Autonomy
The Individual Growth Plan is built upon the client's right to participate in their own healing and treatment choices, fostering self-efficacy and empowerment throughout the entire healing journey.

2. Family & Community Re-integration
Through coordinated aftercare, active family involvement, and 24/7 access to resources, each client is supported for a positive transition into their community network and support system.

   3. Skill Building

Our model emphasizes reaching educational milestones, such as obtaining a high school diploma, cultivating life skills, developing effective coping strategies, and a workforce readiness for successful life beyond the Juvenile Justice System.
